Long time boxing promotor and trainer Jackie Leonard dies at 89. Jack taught me and the rest of us at PAL boxing gym in Winter Haven a lot. He taught me how to throw a fast jab in which was the fastest in the gym and how to hit the speed bag. Berto will pay tribute to Jack by wearing a "JL" on his uniform. I am very sad to hear that Jack has passed and he should go down in the hall of fame. He has promoted fighters like Archie Moore and Sugar Ray Leonard.
